Ok, I’m going to start this out on a negative note… I blew so much money on new clothes that it isn’t funny! Ok, that may suck in a way, but when your clothes are falling off because you’ve finally managed to lose stubborn fat that wouldn’t go away before – you aren’t too upset about it right? I sure wasn’t.
I used to hate trying to buy clothes. Do you know how hard it is to find size 16-18 jeans that fit, but don’t 1.) run 2 feet past your feet since everyone knows if you’re fat then you gotta be a zillion feet tall (hope you got the sarcasm) 2.) swallow your legs and butt into a black-hole. I mean come on… it’s my WAIST that’s big – not everything. It was a nightmare. You end up wearing crappy clothes you would never wear otherwise just because you can’t find anything else that fits half-decent.
So I was ecstatic when I tried the acai berry diet and seen the pounds dropping off. It was not hard at all to do this, like some of those other difficult, time-consuming, brain-stressing diets that make you keep track of every little thing. I could never stick to them. I just would waste money on them in the long run. Acai berry was different… I dropped four dress sizes in merely one month.
It’s not just my looks that have drastically gotten better, either. I used to be very pessimistic, short-tempered and anti-social. Why? Revert to above and try to buy clothes you feel good in (for one). I hated to look in the mirror and didn’t feel like anyone else should have to look at me either. Now I’m back to my outgoing, fun, social self I was in high school and I’ll never be able to say enough good things about acai berry because of that.
